Booking terms
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit goes towards your total, and the remaining balance is due the day before your event.
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. It can, however, be used as credit if you rebook for a later date.
Travel
We cater across London and nationwide. Venues outside East London (E, IG and RM postcodes) incur a travel cost based on mileage. This is not included in the menu price and is confirmed with you when you book.
Food served outdoors
If food is served outdoors, we cannot guarantee that it will remain hot, as temperature can be affected by the outdoor environment. We recommend enjoying the food promptly after it is served.
Menus and allergies
Set menus can be changed or customised. Prices may vary depending on the items chosen. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book.
